I try updating my social media/podcast/website pictures every 3 months or so. It's something I learned from Lewis Howes. You want to have fresh images to represent yourself. Korie Genius (previous podcast guest whose interview you can see/hear at this link ) is one of the two photographers I use. Here's a quick video and sample of a few pics.

The Ballerina Spoiler Review-$132 Million Later
