My First Beat Video! Backpack Hip Hop Talib Kweli Style

I've been making beats/instrumentals for the beginning of the podcast for a long time.  As it often begins, I watched other YouTubers/beatmakers doing the same and getting paid for their work.  I was inspired! I thought, why don't I start doing the same?   I admit to not having any skill close to what these other musicians are producing, but why not try? This is the first step in the beginning of this journey.  This video here intends to highlight the beat.  The genre I'm going for is backpack-style hip hop; an artist like Talib Kweli comes to mind.   Post your thoughts and comments down below.   Thanks for watching.  Let's go!

Items I sold on eBay November 2024

I've been doing eBay since 1999. I'm not the best seller or making crazy money on eBay; it's side money.  I keep most of my eBay sale items and shipping supplies in storage, and most months, I  don't  earn the money to pay the rental fee. Meaning  I pay for the unit  from  my  workpay .  But eBay is the best place to sell used things. It's a big garage sale. Where do I get items to list on eBay? Four sources(two extra points not mentioned in the video below). I sell my own stuff I'm getting rid of(electronics, appliances, toys, clothing, etc.). I work in a hotel, and guests often leave things behind. If I find these items I turn them in to security, and if the guests don't claim them within a period of time, I get to keep them.   Hotel guests give me things as a form of gratuity. One example was a pair of Emirates Pajamas I sold for $70! My older brother works in a college and receives lost and found items  as well . He sends them t...

'I Saw The TV Glow' Movie Review-Was it any good?

I'm currently off work due to an injury and have time to catch up on movies I found interesting. 'I Saw the TV Glow' was praised by movie fans on TikTok, which made me curious. It is available on HBO Max, and I checked it out. The movie has these two characters, Owen and Maddy, played by Justice Smith and Brigette Lundy-Paine, respectively.  They are big fans of this TV show called 'The Pink Opaque.'  This show has X-files and Supernatural vibes but in a YA(young adult)setting with a monster/freak-of-the-week scenario. What I enjoyed about the movie: I loved the character's fandom over the show.  As a movie fan, getting together with movie friends and co-workers and discussing a favorite show is one of my joys in life. I enjoyed the scene where Owen sees the Pink Opaque in his adult years; it doesn't seem as attractive or cool anymore. Many of us can relate to this.  Transformers cartoons from the 80s play on repeat on YouTube, and I have trouble sitting thr...
