YouTube video   Here's my spoiler review for Ben Affleck's latest, The Accountant 2.  This was a 7 out of 10 for me.  I didn't fully understand all of the story.  But the relationship between Ben Affleck and Jon Bernthal was fantastic.  Post your thoughts, comments down below.

  YouTube Video I got hurt late last year and was out of work for 3 months.  During this period, I got to dig into interests I didn’t have time for due to work and my social life.  Baking is one of those interests, and I wanted a type of cookie that didn’t raise my blood sugar and had fiber/protein to combat the sugar spike. These cookies are vegan and have no oil.  They can be made gluten-free, but they weren’t in this recipe.  However, as I did in this video, other healthy additions such as psyllium husk, wheat germ, and flaxseed meal can be added.  Why no oil?  Why vegan? I did so to avoid including any cholesterol or excess fat in the cookies. The measurements for the ingredients in the video are not set in stone and can be used as a guide. Will you try this recipe? In this latest gameplay video, I'm playing Robocop: Rogue City. I’m a big fan of Robocop.  I’ve seen all the movies, a little bit of the TV show.  The Frank Miller comics were great.  So was his Robocop VS. Terminator series.  I own a Robocop action figure.  The cabinet arcade game back in the day was excellent—the NES game not too much. To say I was interested in playing this game is an understatement.  It went on sale in the Xbox store late last year, and I picked it up.   I’m on the second level in this video called ‘Isolated Incident.’  I’m on the search for a drug dealer named ‘Soot’, which leads me to an arcade that is hiding some criminal activity. I will be 50 this year, and I'm trying to record more dance videos. I've been dancing for years and never gave it much thought.  I wish I had prioritized it in the past, as I won't always be able to move like this. This video was on my building's rooftop in April(2025).  With the way the camera is positioned, one friend told me it looked like I was 'dancing on the clouds.' This second video was at a recent party, the first of a monthly party called 'It's a Reggae Party.'  Also in April. Dancing next to Eli Reed, with whom I've made dance videos. Here's the oldest of the videos in this post(September 2024).  I shot this on the balcony of my hotel room in Punta Cana, DR.  It was a big balcony with enough space to shoot this video. This was in a park in the town next to mine.  I've shot videos here before.  This was on a nice weather day in November(2024).

podcast audio YouTube Video I saw this movie on Thursday, April 10, 2025. There are spoilers in this review. I’ve heard on the internet how Rami Malek almost seems alien-like in his appearance. This, coupled with his performance in the Mr. Robot show, makes him perfect for The Amateur. He plays CIA analyst Charles Heller. At the beginning of the film, his wife is on a business trip in London; terrorist activity takes place during her visit, and she is murdered. Heller then uses his intelligence to solve his wife's murder and get revenge while on the run from his employer. This was really well done, as I felt tense several times while watching The Amateur. In the film, Rami Malek plays a character who aspires to be a field agent. This is hinted at in the first act while talking to Jon Bernthal, who plays this dude-bro agent in several ongoing operations in the field. After the murder of his wife, his CIA superiors suggest Heller go home and mourn. But he feels the government entity ...

YouTube version December and January are strong sales months on eBay, as they are the holiday season.  Before getting into my items sold for these two months, I wanted to discuss my sourcing methods.  I sell my stuff—items I've owned and no longer use. I work in a hotel and receive lost and found items guests leave behind. If the guest hasn't claimed the item within 90 days, the lost and found items are returned to the employee who found the item. Gifts and items guests give me(I didn't mention this in the video). My brother works in a college and also receives lost and found items. Once he's accumulated a box's worth of items, he sends them to me. I give him $40 for each box. My sourcing costs are low. The storage area where I store my eBay items costs $146 per month. My packing supplies are minimal, but I spend $140 per year or less. These are the items I sold in my eBay store for December 2024. Within the last few months,  I’ve  discovered these YouTube channels discussing games on sale for specific platforms. My criteria (for my own purchases)is that the games should have great reviews and be under $10.  Promenade fit that bill.  I played some of the intro levels in this recent video and found it enjoyable.  Promenade is more of a platformer.  It is the kind of game many of us played as kids(and adults), having roots in games like Super Mario Brothers.   It’s  colorful and not too stressful.   I’m  still learning the mechanics.  Find out what Promenade is about here. YouTube Video In this video above will hear/watch Jason G's spoiler review.  Mine is written below, including the box office. It started what seemed like a 90s-2000s superhero movie—incredible action scenes, with really cool special FX just for the heck of it. Something like 2003's Underworld with Kate Beckinsale comes to mind—style over substance. I wasn’t crazy about this. I’ve said this in my other Venom reviews for parts 1 and 2, which date back to 2018; I don’t know if it’s Tom Hardy’s accent because he is playing Venom and Eddie Brock, but I still can’t fully understand what he’s saying at times, especially when he's playing Venom. It's better in this 3rd chapter but not perfect. Interesting actors to see in this movie were Chiwetel Ejiofor and Rhys Ifans. Both were previously in Marvel movies, where they played different characters.  Rhys Ifans played the Lizard in Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man, and Chiwetel Ejiofor was Baron Mordo in Doctor Strange.  Funny en...

YouTube Video Written script from the video. Steven Bartlett recently interviewed Jimmy Donaldson, AKA Mr. Beast' on his podcast 'Diary of a CEO.' I've never watched a Mr. Beast video on YouTube, but I recently finished season 1 of Beast Games on Amazon Prime and thoroughly enjoyed it.   In the interview, Mr. Bartlett asks Jimmy questions that make him reflect on his life. Jimmy says multiple times that he felt like an outcast in his younger years(ages 11-13) because he wanted to be a YouTuber, and nobody around him seemed to be into doing the same. He eventually met people who shared that same interest, propelling him to go even further down his path of being a successful content creator. I did some introspection on how this applies to my life. I'm so grateful to have dance/party friends who like the same music(dancehall reggae) and dances I do.   I use the DJay Pro app for all my mixtapes. In the app, there is a feature called 'Looper Packs' where the Djay Pro software will use the sounds in these packs to line up the bpm(beats per minute) and play alongside whichever song the user plays. I got a kick out of these as it allows one to make remixes on the fly. This is where the 'Looper Packs' option is located on the DJay Pro app I've done it a few times in the past. You can listen to an example in my August 2024 Dancehall Mixtape( click here for that )at the 24-minute mark, where I do so with Jquan's 'Chakka.'  YouTuber Justin Spiegel has an excellent channel where he talks tips, tricks, and observations about the Djay Pro app. In this particular video, he mentioned Remixlive; my ears perked up. I didn't know there were apps that specialized in these looper packs.  After more research, YouTuber DJ Dre discussed using Remixlive with Novation's Launchpad X MIDI grid controller. The app is ...

  I've been playing some violent games lately.  Wolfenstein 2 and The Callisto Protocol, you can find some of those recent streams here and here .  I decided to play something lighter and chose Warped Kart Racers on Apple Arcade. The Playstation 5 Dual Sense controller connected easily to my Mac Mini, and I was literally 'off to the races.'  The Xbox controller is preferred but won't connect via Bluetooth if the AA batteries have a mid-low charge. Never having played Warped Kart Racers, I had a fun time. For the next Apple Arcade game I stream, I have to figure out how to fit the play screen to fit OBS, as the screen is oversized during this session.  Learning OBS is very much a work in progress.
