Podcast name change! Initially, when I promoted the ‘Improve and Have Fun’ title, it leaned more towards a self-improvement angle. However, after a few years, it’s time to re-brand to something reflective of what my content has become. Essentially, me sharing my life & hobbies. I will continue entertaining, educating, informing, and inspiring you, the listener/viewer.   Dave Jackson from the ‘School of Podcasting’ said it best ‘your podcast isn’t a statue but a recipe. Daily Journal 8-23-22-Tuesday -Slept 6+ hours -chewies -pray, meditate, yoga -rebounded, Kegels -exercised...danced 15m, butt, and quads, forearms -worked..made $80+ tips -connected with Ada, Melvin, George -TV time less than 3 hours -social media time less than 45 m -dopamine detox sex, video games -I read the comic book...finished Eternals: Only Death is Eternal #1 and read Robin Sharma's book. -dinner-vegan today...2 apples, six kiwis, rice noodles with chorizo seitan, onions, peppers, kale, tomato sauce, olives....1/2 cup of cashew pieces, 3/4 cup of almond yogurt with monk fruit sweetener and stevia chocolate, grapefruit...eating window less than 2 hours -I forgot my diary and Kindle at work, so I journaled on Grammarly today.   Can I publish this?    Should I post this? ...today I booked the hotel and airfare for Las Vegas.   This trip will be on my birthday week; mom, carol, and Camila are going.   Is lou going as well?   I hope so.   It came out to less than $800.   Thank g
